I bought the Turbo Tax Standard online Edition and I can not access the screen to accept the payment before filing. What the hey?

I can not enter the Activation code and it will not allow me to proceed further.

What internet browser are you using? I've heard a couple of people with this issue and either switching to Firefox or clearing their browser history resolved the issue.

I uninstalled firefox as Bit defender advised and use google chrome
