I'm entering my mother's information. Her T4A 0AS is all 0's. except for box 21, which I'm unable to enter on the T4A page. Where do i submit this?

I have her T4A in hand. All of the boxes (18,19,20 22, 23 are all empty).

The only one with numbers is 21. How can i input this?

Are you entering this Box 21 amount on the T4A(OAS) screen or the T4A screen. They are 2 separate screens
