I have an icon on my computer from previous years. How do I set up such an item on my computer for the 2014 returns?

First point chrome to: https://ww1.2014.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/

Then on the right of the address bar in chrome there is a button with three horizontal lines. Click it, select "More tools" then "Create application shortcuts..."
