How do I get refunded for TurboTax Standard, that was never used?

Bought TurboTax Standard for me and my spouse, and rec'd 2 Prepayment Codes. During processing, it said I need to upgrade to Premier. Although I had 2 Prepayment Codes, it only allowed me to enter one. I now need a credit for the second Standard edition that was never used. Help!

You will have to contact Customer Support. Answer the prompts to get the appropriate phone number:

Note that wait times are absurdly long this year, but there is an option at the beginning to leave a callback number. Once you do get to speak to someone, they are generally very helpful.
