Yes.  The $913.58 is the annual maximum limit.  It is not a "per job limit"  It does not matter whether you had one job or 10 jobs.  If you have contributed more than $913.68 for EI premiums, the difference between what you have contributed and $913.68 will allowed as a credit in calculating your refund or balance due.  TurboTax will automatically calculate this credit based on the info you have provided in the T4 section of your return.
