Moving Expenses Eligibility: If I was renting my old home and am renting my new home, does that qualify as 'establishing a home'?

I've checked this CRA link to determine my eligibility for claiming moving expenses but the wording is a bit vague:

In this case, does renting a property qualify as establishing a 'home'?

hi there, yes, you can claim moving expenses if you are renting your place of residence. The same requirements apply in terms of moving more than 40km to be closer to work or school.
