Why are 3 businesses showing in summary and I have only one? Why is the return showing the summary when data not entered?

If you have businesses that should not be there then navigate to the Business summary and delete the ones that are not relevant. Income/Self Employment business summary

Confirm that the one you are keeping is correct before hitting the Delete button.
