How do I buy more tax returns?

You can file up to 20 returns per account per tax year. Here's how to add a new return in TurboTax Online. You pay for a return when you're ready to file.

1. Select Help from the menu, then select Purchase more returns. The Tax Centre step appears.
2. Select Purchase More Returns. A pop-up window prompting you to sign in to your account should appear. If you don't already have an account, create one, then follow the prompts.
3. On the Cart step, enter the number of returns you want to buy in the Your items field, then select Continue.
4. Enter your billing address and then select Continue.
5. At Payment Info, enter details for your payment method (e.g. credit card) and then select Continue.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions until the check-out process is complete.

Note: The CRA has a limit of 20 tax returns per computer or online account for all NETFILE-certified tax preparation software products in Canada. For example, if you installed TurboTax Standard on a computer and have already filed the eight returns that come with it, you can purchase up to 12 additional returns to file from that computer.
