You can change your user ID, email address, phone number, and security questions by signing into your online TurboTax account, for direct access to your Account Settings.
For 2020 - 2021 versions, the Account Settings option is now located directly above the Sign Out option in the sidebar menu of your product.
Note: You can only sign in to the online version of TurboTax for the tax years 2021 and 2020 to update your account info. For the tax year 2019 and prior years, you must download the CD/download edition from the TurboTax products for previous tax years page.
