Why am I being asked to purchase another Authorization code when trying to print a TurboTax Business INC T2 Corporate return.

You will be asked this if:

You originally started the return and incorrect information was entered for any of the following, Corporation Business number, the Corporation name or the Corporation tax year end and a change has been made to any of these entries. Or, attempts to reprint the 'final copy' after the original print failed and did not complete for whatever reason. 

When this occurs please record the 'Return Code' (a 6 digit alphanumeric code) shown in your print request, then contact our Technical Support team at 1 866 438-8020 advise them of the corporate tax year you are filing.  They will be able to supply you with the new Authorization code, which will allow you to print your return.
