TurboTax Advantage: Login to account failed

We have identified situations that may prevent customers from accessing this account information.

If you are experiencing any of the following issues, please contact TurboTax Support.

  • Your email address has changed, or the email address provided is incorrect
  • The Temporary Password is not being accepted

Please have the following information ready for the Care representitive:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Customer Number
  • The email address as shown on the recent TurboTax Advantage letter you received
  • Your New / Current Email address you'd like us to use
