TurboTax 2016 is splitting my income as if a partnership. I have not checked off the partners selection. I had a business partner in 2015. How to correct?

If you have `carry-forward your 2015 tax file into 2016, then you must take out the partner information. Even though you may have not selected the partnership info, TT has that information from the previous year. Go to Income>Self Employment>Self-Employment Summary, click on edit, click on identification of partners, make sure there is checkmark in my business has partners, continue, continue, delete the info in T2125 details of other partners. This should remove the split income if you have no partner for 2016.
