I received a topup from while on mat leave and received a T4A with this amount. However, the top-up amount is also included on my T4. Should I enter both in turbo tax?

When I enter both the T4 and the T4A turbo tax is adding these amounts and assuming that my income is higher than it actually was.

If you are sure that the amount is duplicated, you should contact the slip issuer for advice.
You received the payment once, you should report it once, and be taxed on it once.
