To remedy the issue is to ensure that your T4A(P) entries match your T4A(P) slip. 

If you (or your wife) did not receive CPP benefits relating to a lump-sum, ensure that you have selected "no" as the answer to "Do your CPP/QPP benefits, reported in box 20 of your T4A(P) slip, relate to a lump-sum benefit?" on the T4A(P) entry screen.
