Can I claim my sunglass clip-on that I wear on my prescription glasses?

I didn't want transitions but had custom sunglass clip-on made for my glasses.  Can I claim this as a medical expense even though the clip-ons themselves are not prescription?

Unless they were a part of the total cost of the frames and not a separate item on the bill then they would not likely be claimable as a medical expense.  Sunglasses are not typically claimable as medical expenses unless they are prescription lenses
