I live in Ontario and I am a person with a permanent disability. I got free tuition from OSAP (all grants no loans) but I still received a T2202A slip. Do I claim this?

if I do claim this what section do I enter it and which amount do I use? there is an amount for Jan 2017 to Apr 2017 and a separate amount for Sept 2017 to Dec 2017 and also a total amount.
