    How do I autofill my information from the CRA? The option to do so under the file menu is greyed out

    If you're using TurboTax Online, try clearing your browser cache: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647843

     

    If you're using TurboTax CD/Download, try manually download updating your TurboTax.
