Where is the continuity in all this?? I paid $78 + yesterday ,the 23.Can I 'talk' to someone to straiten out this mess????
When I tryied to file yesterday, i thought I was paying for an advisor(like last year).
Instead I got 'Audit defense.' After the payment was made i was told I did not 'qualify' for auto filing.I tried over and over to find what the problems were and correct them. No Help. last year was great. No tax paid. Why in Hell did you have to 'change' something that worked.?? is that what our taxe's pay for.? I've been trying for three weeks to get my taxes filed.. Help???
