The CRA Auto-Fill will import any slips that the CRA has on file. If you used Auto-Fill earlier in the year, the CRA may not have had all your slips yet, in which case you can run the Auto-Fill again to get the missing slips. This shouldn’t result in duplicates, unless you have edited a slip so much that the CRA no longer recognizes it has one they have.

If you still don’t see all yours slips, you can check your CRA My Account to see what slips the CRA actually has. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647704
You can also manually add the missing slips.
