We paid about 16k for labor on renovation of a rental property. How should this be reported in Turbo tax? Which CCA class should it go under?

You can add the cost for labour to the other costs associated with the reno (if any) for materials, etc. The total expense is added to the same class as the building itself. So, for example, if the building is a class 1, add a class 1 entry for the renovation cost.
