Work from home once a week

I work from home once every week for my full time job. rest 4 days i travel to my office location. so out of 20-21 working days i WFH  4-5 times a month which is like 20% of time. I don't get any official T**** form for working from home. 

Can i deduct 20% my mortgage insurance, utlilities etc as non taxable ?
