Can turbotax provide a free code for final income tax return as I thought there is no charge for income under $25,000?

TurboTax Free is a completely free product. According to the information above, you are currently using the Standard version of TurboTax which is not free. I forgot to mention that I bought the TurboTax for 8 returns as that is all they had  I did 8 returns already but have one more to submit but I need to pay $19.99 and don’t think it’s fair and wanted to know if you can send a code on exception basis  see my question and answer from turbotax below
