I filed my wife's return consecutively with my own 2017,CRA has no record of the filing.Why?

I received a confirmation # when I filed from Intuit.Cra has no record of it being received.

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, you can rest assured that your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.

CRA has the conf.# and insist they have no return for my wife!!!

The NETFILE confirmation number would have been present on your computer screen once you NETFILED the return.
