Which form for college pension plan? (I have 4 pensions)

Pension Plan payments are usually recorded on a T4A slip and provided by the plan administrator in February each year. If you have received your T4A for the pension,

1. In the upper-right corner of your screen, select Find.
2. In the Find window, type T4A.
3. Select T4A Pension, Retirement, Annuity from the list, and select Go.
