I have filed online in past years with turbo tax. How do I download files to be able to use them for carryforward using turbo tax on home desktop PC?

TurboTax Online can carryforward your details from last year from both TurboTax Online and TurboTax desktop.

TurboTax desktop can carryforward details only from TurboTax desktop. So, if you opt to switch from Online to desktop, your details will not be carried forward the first year.

This is why I will NOT be using TurboTax again. I (like many others - it appears) mistakenly purchased the online edition last year and just lived with it. Now, this year when switching back to the cd/download option, my previous return doesn't import. Fool me once...
