Can we retrieve our 2017 return so we can resubmit because CRA is telling us our 2017 taxes return was not filed?

I clicked on Retrieval of 2017 tax return and the "site could not be found.“

CRA acknowledges they received payment of our 2017 taxes.

I neglected to note the reference number intuit gave me when I filed my taxes.
