TurboTax 2018 online keeps kicking me out to sign in every time I click on anything

I am trying to start on my return for 2018. I sign in to my 2018 tax account/return and once I click on either start a new return or to continue anything I might see on the list, the site immediately kicks me out to sign in again (even though I had signed in less than 30 seconds prior). When I sign in again it takes me to the home dashboard. Tried to click on start a return or continue and does the same thing over and over. I cannot select any other version of the online software such as self employed or others, I tested to see if this might resolve it and all of them do the same thing.

I've cleared browsing history, cookies, cache and tried a different browser. When I try and "wrap up" my income it always kicks me out to the sign in page. I've tried this over a couple of days and it is also true for my sister--so not just my account.

everytime I try to e file, when I start entering my drivers license info , it logs me out. I cant file my taxes, yet they accepted my payment.....
