I accidentally purchased the 2018 Standard Online edition. I would to know how can I trade/ exchange the activation code to an standard installation key?

I purchased the online version from Costco store. 

I dislike the on-line version for the following reasons: 

1) Requires login every time I need to access my tax return;

2) Poor guideline information on the purchased card (and unclear).  The "Payment" information section is very confusing. 

3)  There is not even one customer support contact  ... of any sort (phone #, e-mail, web). 

4) I personally consider that the on-line version (of any software) has privacy and security risks.
