I use your 2016 Turbotax online app with my email address… I did reset my password but I didn't find any submission on tax files on your application and I did submit to IMPOTNET under my email account and I have confrmation number 016ZWXPMC79 on April 30, 2017 at 8:01 pm GMT. I need to submit my RQ file or print it because I will pay lot of money for penalty and interest.
I have no file for RQ on my computer… even I have no file store for RCA on my computer.
Please help me
