Try running the program with admin privileges. Right-click
the TurboTax shortcut on your desktop and click “Run as Administrator”.
Also make sure Java is enabled through your web
browser:
Use the Start search to get to Internet Options,
then Advanced.
Check the box next to Java, then select Security
Tab, Custom Level.
On the Scripting of Java applets tab, click
Enable, then click OK.
You can also try disabling script debugging:
Go to Internet Options.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Select the box beside Disable script debugging.
Deselect the box beside Display a notification
about every script error.
