Assuming you have the DD set up with the CRA; from the time you receive your Netfile confirmation - that you have successfully Netfiled your tax return, you will have your refund in your bank account within 8-10 days.

Canada Revenue Agency says: "If you reside in Canada, wait 8 weeks before contacting the Canada Revenue Agency for an update on your tax return and refund status."
