I got married in 2018. My spouse lives in Tanzania and she hasn't entered into Canada as of now due to which she also doesn't have SIN.
I understand that she will be considered a 'non-resident' in this case, however, is it possible for me to claim the SPOUSAL AMOUNT here?
You can claim a spousal amount for a non-resident spouse provided you report their World Wide Income in the "Setting Up" section of Turbo Tax and can provide proof of financial support after the date of your marriage. This includes money transfers, goods shipped or some other means that CRA would be able to confirm your provision for your wife.
