The amount entered for repayment on the Homebuyers RRSP Plan is not being transferred from line 21 to line 24. Is this a bug?

I entered a repayment amount equal to the minimum required. It appears on line 21.

Line 24 is a calculated field which indicates it is the amount from line 21.

Line 24 is incorrectly showing a repayment amount of 0.00 while line 21 contains the actual amount I entered.

This is visible in both the easy step version and the forms view of the return
