Sorry for your loss. 

To report this in TurboTax you should receive two separate tax slips - a T4RSP showing the withdrawal amount, and an RRSP Contribution slip showing a "designated transfer". You must first enter both these slips as one usually would, then specify the amount that is a designated transfer.
