I'm confused if I have any tuition carry over or if I used it all

In My Account on the CRA website in Carryover Amounts it has: Year 2006, Amount from prior year (blank),  current year $12,645, Current year amount applied $12,645, transferred amount (blank), amount from prior year applied (blank),  amount available for carryover (blank)

The amount available for carryover is the one you're looking for to see if you do have any remaining balances. Looking at the screenshot, it appears that all of your tuition credits have been used already.
