Student in Canada since 2014, in 2018 got my pr card, is my Canadian residency changed?

i am a student since 2014 in Canada, in 2018 i got my pr card, so in the question, there is a : have you changed your Canadian residency  seems like you changed your residency.  do i need to chose yes? 

also i got the new SIN, but my T4 is using the old one, do i need let my boss changed the new  T4

Use your most recent SIN number when it asks on your return, and then put the t4s in normally. The CRA should be aware of your SIN number change, though they may ask for a copy of the T4 after you have filed.
