I received a T5008 and was wondering what to do with an entry that is 0 shares, blank box 20 and a box 21 of 0.18. It looks to be a drip but no shares were bought.

According to my investment account no shares were purchased on the drip.

If zero shares were purchased and there was no drip, the slip shouldn't have been issued. You can either ask for the slip to be amended by the provider or you can enter the slip as is.
