I used to have a CRA account, I do not remember the password or user ID and I don't know my tax amount received last year to get this information reset. Do I need to be able to sign into CRA to have the files submitted?
You just need to sign back into your TurboTax account to see if your return has been successfully received by CRA. There's no need to have a CRA My Account to file your return (although it is a handy tax time tool). Just log back into TurboTax and check for a NETFILE confirmation number.
