Form won't close

program keeps opening form t657 to do with capital gains which we have none of and won't let me close it.

To close the form:

1. While on the T657 screen, click the Edit button in the upper left and choose the option for Forms-Clear Current Form.
2. Click the Edit button again and choose the option - Forms - Close Unused forms
