I just installed turbotax 2018 and it will not load. Running windows 10 all updates installed. Starts to load but nothing happens.

Windows 10 all updates installed. 

Installed and uninstalled several times. Tried the CD install as well as downloading the install from the website but same issue occurs. Even tried updating manually with file suggested in other answer and it says that Turbotax 2018 is not installed...Checked Java and made sure it was fully installed and up to date and well as cleared the cache there.

Is there anything else I can try to get this program to work?
