Since I have full possession of the matrimonial home, I had to set up new accounts on utilities on my name. Can I claim the set-up new account fees?

The address is the same, but the utilities providers charged as I moved and set up as a new account.

These are considered personal expenses and therefore cannot be claimed on your income tax return.
