The First Time Home Buyer's section has an error preventing me from accessing this section (nowhere to click 'yes'). How can this be fixed?

The page states: 

"First-Time Home Buyers' Tax Credit

$5,000, is the maximum amount of the First-Time Home Buyers' Tax Credit for home buyers that acquire a qualifying home in 2018. You can claim all of the available credit on your tax return or you can choose to divide the tax credit between you and other eligible home buyers that purchased the same home (but the combined total cannot exceed $5,000).

Do you want to claim the Home buyer's amount?"

HOWEVER - there is nowhere to click 'yes'. I cannot say that I want to claim the amount because the button is missing.

To enter your information for the Home Buyers' Credit, use the Find tool to search and select Payments Profile. On the screen that appears (Payments Profile), check off the option for First Time Home Buyers Amount and click continue.
