We have a receipt from our lawyer for personal power of attorney fees of $200 were told they are tax deductible ..we're in B.C. if correct do we enter on line 212?

Legal fees to establish a power of attorney are not tax deductible and therefore, cannot be claimed on your income tax return.  Please see the following FAQ for more information on legal fees.
