I realized that I missed a T4A form on my 2017 tax return so I wanted to refile my return. This form is not listed under the exclusions but when I go to NETFILE my return it is telling me that it cannot process my request. I already paid the $5 and cannot ReFILE my return, am I able to get my money back?
If the 2017 ReFile is not working for you, please contact our Customer Support team. If they cannot assist you with getting the ReFile to work, they will be able to refund the fee you have already paid.
