You can't put both your income on the same return. Each of you has to prepare and submit a tax return. In TurboTax you can choose to prepare them separately or together. Generally, it's best to prepare the returns together. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2648033
Here is a webinar that goes through creating a return in TurboTax Self-Employed Online for an Uber driver. It is from last year, but the 2018 program is very similar - just look on the left side for the menu instead of across the top (tabs).
