Is the site hacked?

I started to get started on filing my taxes  and I ended up at a weird site.
I have multiple popup and adware blockers on my browser so I'm not sure if this is a legitimate redirect that my system blocked or is something fishy going on here?
And if there is something fishy, is it my browser, computer or the website that's the problem?

initially I just googled "turbotax 2018"
and I land on this page
legit looking page
I then click on top right "sign in" and select "start or continue my 2018 tax return"

it then loads up this page for a split second
busy page wait 2 minutes

Then it dumps me on this page (blank for me but fishy URL)
huh?

I am on a mac, using firefox, with ghostery and adblockplus addons.
Anyway to find out where the suspect URL came from?
If it's on Turbotax's side I'm going to need some assurances.
if it's on my computer, I might just do things by hand

The first url you provided does link to one of our product selector pages. When I click the Sign In button, I'm directed properly to the sign-in page.

I've never seen either of the next two urls before.
