Can i use Turbo tax to do my mothers income tax who is collecting European pensions?

I have been using turbo tax for a few years.  I would like to do my others income tax to save her money.  She collects European pensions.  Can i use turbo-tax, if yes would it still be the standard format?

Yes, you can do returns with foreign income/pensions in TurboTax Standard.
