After inputting t2202a + transfer amount I have something left over on Federal to carry forward future years, but Provincial shows zero. I am not able to modify ON(S11)

Do I have to input manually the unused tuition amount carried forward for future years?    When I tried to modify the ON (s11) it prompts me to double click on the field, however I am not able to modify it at all.

Tuition is no longer a provincial credit in Ontario. You'll claim only the federal credit unless you have unused provincial amounts from past years (before Ontario dropped the provincial tuition credit) that can be used.
