Will I still receive T Slips in the mail if I sign up for this

If you use TurboTax to file your tax return, and/or use the CRA's AutoFill feature to import your tax information, any tax slips you will still receive any tax slips in the mail.

Your T-slips are sent to you by the issuer (employers, Govt, financial institutions, etc).
