I have a windows 10 computer which will not go beyond the window which asks me if I want it to make changes to the computer. I reply yes but it spins and then nothing happens. I talked to a tech at Straples for over a 1/2 hour and changed security settings but nothing works! I have used TurboTax for years and this is my first problem.

TurboTax Online doesn’t need to be installed, and is a separate product from TurboTax CD/Download.
